Expressive Arts Painting helps you tap into your creativity. Paint with the intention to be present, develop curiosity and acceptance for what shows up on your paper. There is no need to bring materials and no prior painting experience is required. Sessions begin with meditation, followed by painting in the studio at individual stations. During the session the teacher will check in to support you in accessing the flow of your creative energy, regardless of your feelings and opinions about your painting. Painting in a group creates a positive energy for this process.
