    9:00 AM

Time: 1 pm to 4 pm to prepare the food
OR :   4 pm to 7 pm for serving
A few more volunteers for this Community Service project are more than welcome !

Anna’s House was founded by Father Vincenzo Bordo, an Italian, in 1998. It is made up of three separate legal entities: 1) homeless shelter, 2) home for male adolescent runaways, and 3) The Dyslexia Center. They are looking for volunteers to serve in the homeless shelter, specifically the soup kitchen that serves 500+ meals daily.

Commitment: After the initial visit on March 24, volunteers are asked to come weekly for 3 months. You may find someone to alternate volunteering with so that each person volunteers every other week or volunteer with a friend and make it an even more enjoyable experience. Each volunteer will set up her own schedule, but we can discuss options during the tour.

Directions: Meet at the Moran station Exit #4 (subway transfer station on Line 8 and Bundang Line), then the group will walk a few minutes to Anna’s House at 118 Hadaewon-dong, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Registration ends: 2 days before the event.
Participants: Current SIWA Members, adults only.

Coordinator: Lydia Koh, communityservice@siwapage.com

More details will be emailed to registered participants about 1-2 days before the event.
