Have you recently given birth and want your body to get back inshape? Then join this weekly postnatal exercise class.
The Moms and Tod´s fit class is specially designed for women at 8 to 10 Weeks postpartum until 2.5 years. You and your Baby/ Toddler are welcome to join the Class at any time. You only need your workout clothes and a Carrier or blanket, where you Baby can rest while moving.

You will begin the class with some gentle stretching and posture activation exercises, followed by a gentle routine at the barre, your muscles will be systematically activated and strengthened. Then finishing the 60 minute workout with gentle abdominal work and a relaxing stretch, you will gradually feel your physical fitness coming back. You may join this class at any level, as the exercises will be adapted to your body condition.

Instructor: Sarah Philomena Schmidt

Sarah Philomena is a German ballet and contemporary dancer who has worked as a coach and dancing teacher throughout her whole career. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the Frankfurt University of Arts and also a Pilates Instructor Certification by BASI in Korea.
