Crossing culture is a challenge but no longer an option today. It demands us to step out of our own comfort zones, providing a chance to open up, become more flexible, empathetic and to self-reflect. The often maddening, self-doubtful and confusing states of expatriation may lead us to doubt ourselves and our leadership skills. What if this very state of isolation, confusion, uncertainty and ambiguity were pathways to enhance your leadership competencies?

Speaker: Isabelle Min, Founder and CEO of Transition Catalyst Korea Institute

Isabelle is a catalyst for individual and organizational transformations. Since 1999, Isabelle created series of intercultural programs exploring challenges and strategies for cross cultural teams for audiences both in and out of Korea. Her communication skills, honed from 6 years in national broadcasting and more than a decade of practicing empathic connection support her work at Transition Catalyst Korea Institute.  In addition to teaching 9 years at SungKyunKwan University as an Adjunct Professor, she is a certified professional coach, trained facilitator and leadership competency assessor.
